Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Rishima Fashions, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for such instances.
1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel their orders if the request is made before the order has been dispatched/processed. Please contact our support team at admin@rishimafashions.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Processing Time: Once a cancellation request is received and approved, we will process your request within 24 hours.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for products/services that are damaged.
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please email us at admin@rishimafashions.com with your Order ID, Payment Transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue.
Clear 360 degree parcel opening video is must, which should prove that damage was present before opening the parcel.
Video should be clear, and should be be taken before opening the parcel first time.
Broken videos, edited and joined videos are not accepted. It should be a single unedited video.
Customers should contact our WhatsApp support, and send the video to us.
Only after video is verified and approved by our team, customer will be asked to send the defective goods to us.
Customers should manage to send the goods back to us with "India Post Courier" service only by paying the applicable shipping charges. Even if customers sends back with courier services (Where they charge higher shipping price) , we will not be able to refund the higher shipping price paid by customer. We will only refund the standard "India Post Shipping charge". Hence we are requesting for shipment only through "India Post"
Only after the Goods are received back to us, we will initiate the refund.
Refund Timeline: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on the bank, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
